Please send your travel plans to the workshop organizers as soon as possible!

Plane and airport transfer

Preferably to Åre-Östersund Airport (OSD). Transfer airport to/from Åre (c. 85 km, 75 min) will be organized for
- SAS flight SK066, from Stockholm Arlanda on Monday, 21^st June, 08:20-09:20
- SAS flight SK061, to Stockholm Arlanda on Friday, 25^th June, 12:45 - 13:40.

There are several flights from Stockholm to Åre-Östersund Airport every day, but please observe that travel in Sweden is limited due to midsummer holidays Friday to Sunday, 25^th - 27^th June! Only one flight on Friday (see above), no flight on Saturday, two flights Sunday later afternoon.
There is no regular transfer from Åre-Östersund Airport to Åre (85 km!) during the summer. Please contact workshop organizers in case you arrive with other flights than the above.

Travel via Trondheim-Værnes Airport (TRD; c. 130 km, 2 h 15 min) is also possible (no travel limitations due to midsummer). Transfer Trondheim-Værnes Airport to Åre will be organized on Monday, 21^st June at 09:30, if necessary, and from Åre to Trondheim-Værnes Airport on Friday, 25^th June at 10:30 (12:00 - 12:30 arrival at the airport).

Transfer by train from Trondheim-Værnes Airport to Åre daily 07:54 - 10:19 and 16:54 - 19:19. From Åre to Trondheim Værnes Airport daily 08:42 - 11:45 and 17:45 to 19:45. For booking and timetables see http://www.nsb.no.

Train

Night train from Stockholm to Åre, daily 23:50 - 08:22, and from Åre to Stockholm, everyday - but varying departure time. On Friday, 25^th June, 19:27 - 06:45. Also on Friday, a train leaves for Stockholm at 10:24. For booking and timetables see http://www.sj.se.

Night train from Oslo to Trondheim, 23:05 - 07:00, and train from Trondheim to Åre, 07:50 - 10:19 (everyday). Train from Åre to Trondheim, 17:45 - 20:12, night train from Trondheim to Oslo, 23:05 - 06:43 (everyday). More trains during the day, booking and timetables at http://nsb.no.
